I have a construction company who has been in business for 18 years, has a 200k balance with can capital and is requesting 700k. Below are his deposits:

March: Deposits: $1,777,000 Ending balance: $208,995, 4OD, 0 Negative days
Feb: Deposits: $1,621,576 Ending Balance: $548,358 no nfs, 0 ND
Jan: Deposits: $1,348,543 Ending Balance: $188,143 13 OD, 0 ND


Any recommendations?

you are looking for $700K to buyout $200K, you are going to need a whole lot more than just the last three months.

Try last 12 months, 2014 Business Tax Return, 2015 YTD financials for starters.

As far as the balance, I only know of GBR paying off that kind of balance. Most others won't go above $75,000

After taking a second look you are right. I usually see 4% gross on the stronger construction deals, even if they kicked it up to 5% you would only be looking at a max deal size of $315K over 15 months w/ 8 points in. Good call.
