I can see a situation where she might qualify for a Fast Track SBA loan is that he company must have positive cash flow in either 2014 or 2013. Net profit is not determining factor.
Another factor is both her personal and business liquidity. She still might qualify if part of the loan proceeds go to paying off debt.
