Hi Danil, sure your friend can apply for a student loan. I have taken a home loan during bankruptcy from a company in Toronto ( https://www.prudentfinancial.net/ban...roposal-loans/ ) but they had some income criteria like earning should be $18 per hour. And my credit was too low so I had to consult their loan specialist for the approval. Overall they provide a very good service but I don't know how the case is with getting a student loan, ask your fried to consult such a loan specialist in the first place.
