Client looking to refinance 5 rental properties/total $540,000, credit is high 700"s
I currently do not have any syndicated partnerships that handle this type of deal. My client is looking to refinance 5 of his 10 rental properties. He has a credit score near 787. Each property is around $100K and he was approved by Chase but they want to charge between $5 and $6K per property. He wants to see if he can find a better deal.
