Have a merchant looking for a collateralized loan but has a balance with WBL already. What other company does this besides WBL?!

Did they try to use the "collateral" with WBL already and they declined? Did they not give what they want?

Why don't you go back to WBL? One thing I don't understand is when a company comes across a merchant with an existing position with a lender and they need more, there is always alternate ways to get them more capital if they qualify. Did WBL not secure the first collateralize position for you? If so, that's okay. I am not trying to be a cheerleader for them but, WHY? Finding qualified collateral is hard, if WBL already went through the process of UW the file and they need a 2nd collateralized position (even same company) they can do that.

PS the only reason why no one gives out other "collateralize" / "ABL" companies is because they don't want to be bothered with us. There are few that will, but this industry has gate keepers to them. Is it Real Estate? Is it big? More details and you may get this one done

They have 225k with WBL 425k mortgage & property worth 1.2 million WBL has them as a client & won't give us the file for additional money don't know what else to do only qualifies for 25k ACH doesn't want it guys a poker anyway thanks

Of course they won't give you the file. They already have it. They also won't give up their liens, so you will have to get them paid off.

Not sure anyone would want to pay off almost a quarter million

why hasn't the customer tried. commercial mortgage. there's certainly enough equity.
