26,000 sq ft, bridgeport ct
Need 220,000$ on a 400,000$ for piece of commercial property in Bridgeport CT. New buyer wants to expand her business to new location. The deal is secured by the equity in the REAL ESTATE as well as all deposits and CC sales from business which does 40-60K a month........

Depending on the numbers you may be able to get her the money for the building without tying up the depposits.
If that works you may get her a MCA for more money for her
