I have a client that has a large international company. They have a unique type of bank account called a Wells Fargo *One account.

We have provided the bank login to our funder, but the bank login does not show MTD balances or statements. It is a very unique type of login that I haven't dealt with before.

Anyone have experience trying to obtain login for this type of account?

Zach, if you cant get this resolved and you believe in the file, I have someone on the payroll that's able to get to the bottom of these issues. of course if we fund the file we pay Double Digit commission.....

Zach , with wells all you have to do is go to the top of the activity report go to the box that says either account activity or account summery and youll see an option that sais activity report with daily balances .

Unfortunately this type of account does not have that function -- it only allows you to pull a summary from the current and prior day. I believe it is some sort of enterprise account which does not have the traditional functions. In order for us to get a MTD statement we had to call a specialized relationship manager and have them collect it for us.

Anyone experience this type of login before?
