Have a merchant who is in the energy drinks industry. He Just got a contract with Walmart to sell his drink in a few hundred Walmart stores. Month over month sales are up and is doing 200,000-220,000/month with healthy daily balances., no NSF's, everyone being paid on time at least from the 6 months of statements that I have. The problem: he has been a very bad boy and has 4 positions currently, all are short term with a total balance of 50k. He also just got renewed about 3 weeks ago. I cannot vouch that he would not stack again but putting the stacking aside, the deal makes sense. Any direct funders interested in this deal as a consolidation? Looking to payoff 50K on 4 advances and net an additional 70-100K.
