    Collateralized Loan

    I have a car wash merchant looking to collateralize there asset or personal home.
    Need - 50-100K
    Monthly Deposit - 100K
    CC Deposit - 40 - 50K
    Has 3 position totaling 60K
    Credit is in the 500+ (Had identity theft, once settled will go up to 700)
    Can any lender help?

    For a property, all we do is place a lien against the property until our loan is paid off.

    As long as there are no open UCC's against the business and equipment we can use it.
