Please keep in mind client has a history for stacking loans but has not done so since November. Client currently has LOC with PNC bank and is due for review come July. March bank statements reflect 6MM, April 5MM, FICO score 600. If interested please specify how much funding you can put forward with filing a UCC and without filing. Which A tier lenders did he stack on? BFS? They are one of the only ones that would do that size of a deal. Did you send it to them? Seems a bit fishy that he only has a balance of 45k yet he's doing 5MM/month.

I am assuming they had MUCH higher balances, and are choosing to pay them off themselves before looking to get funding somewhere else, don't really see anything fishy here.
