    Advertising Agency with UCC lien from a bank does 700k monthly..wants 350k

    Dont have all the info yet. Will update with more shortly.
    Any lenders out there that will lend 350k second position?

    Almost any funder would do this deal, provided their daily balances aren't terrible. Why do you think you would have trouble placing this deal somewhere? Are you signed up with ANY lenders?

    There shouldn't be a problem funding this at all. If the first position balance says he can handle a large second then this can be done. I've funded deals paying off 350k so this shouldn't be an issue.
