I have an several approvals on a deal and elavon doesn't split with these lenders . Nor will they lockbox .... who can help

How can any processor NOT accept a lockbox? It's a voided check? Nothing stops a merchant from changing bank accounts

I've had this happen before with other processors I don't know why they don't allow it other than the fact they might want to try to get the business for themselves, but Retail and Snap tried to set up lock boxes they wouldn't allow it

Some processors don't like lockbox because they have a hard time collecting their monthly fees if the minimum balance isn't set correctly. The one day delay can also cause cash flow issues for the merchant and that one day delay makes the processor look bad. They're the one that would field all of those customer service calls if the merchant thinks it's their fault.
