<3 Quarterspot for 1st and 2nd that are structured like 1st! Longer terms and better rates...

And I have a great new lender that will do high risk 1- maybe 3rd position loans in the next week!!!! They are a "make sense" lender with a good structure... Stay tuned

IOU is great for second position.

It amazes me how many funders are chiming in begging for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th position deals. But this is a come-and-go funder industry.
