Can anyone help me with getting a response from 1st Merchant Capital? This has been a very difficult process to communicate with 1st Merchant Capital.

We are requesting a pay off / balance letter from 1st Merchant Capital and have been trying to contact the right people within there office for over a week.

The only person at 1st Merchant Capital that has even attempted to speak with us is a gentleman by the name of, Joseph.

The number we are calling for 1st Merchant Capital is (866) 710 2265.

1st Merchant Capital has been incredibly difficult to deal with for such a simple request.

Does anyone here on the forum have a contact within 1st Merchant Capital?

yes it is a simple request but when a 3rd party calls them they are going to stall so they can try to renew the customer. Have the merchant call directly

Speaking of payoffs, how do you get strategic to send a payoff? Have an ISo who has been trying to get one through his customer for days. They keep sending him to a sales rep instead
