That's definitely true about disappointments, they tend to get swallowed up when surround by large aspirations, especially when just one of your plans coming to fruition can lead to a radical change in lifestyle for the better.
The key is to always be shooting for large opportunities and making sure you're hitting small, obtainable milestones
(daily and/or weekly) so you can see you are trending in the right direction, so little setbacks don't change your upward trajectory in the long run.
