A/R Collateral wanted
Are there any lenders that will only require receivables as collateral and not a UCC on all business assets? I'm assuming most lenders require collateral, although I saw that Lending Club does not for business loans under $100k. Any thoughts as to why LC does not require it but most do? Makes me think that maybe they've figured out that collateral on "small" loans is not cost effective.
