    Equity Deal for 150k on 900k appraised value properties. 620 FICO.

    Got a call from a guy I know who is trying to squeeze 150k out of his 900k worth of commercial properties. Two at 400k and one at 100k - No judgements, no tax liens, just no current business cash flow. Credits not there for the traditionals.

    Anybody have any ideas? I'd appreciate it.

    Equity Deal for 150k on 500k appraised value properties. 620 FICO.

    I can close on this in 15 business days. The rate is 14% interest only over 2 years. If this is what you say it is there is no need to put up 900k worth of property. You will only need to put up one property worth 400k.
