judgement from MCA company
I have a client who has a judgement from an MCA lender. He had two other mca's before and were both paid as agreed. Then his business took a hit and couldn't pay the third. Now his business has rebounded and wants to pay off that judgement. Is there anyone out there that would do this type of deal?

That definitely depends on the amount requested, and the amount owed. The best course would be for the client to speak with his original funder, and see if some kind of payment plan can be worked out. Even then it is a crap-shoot if any other cash advance company would fund the client.
