Roofing company does an average of $65,000 a month gross revenue. Ending balances are consistent around 5k-6k monthly although in January they ended negative. Currently has 2 advances totaling approximately $25,000 that they still owe at a total of $400 daily. Merchant would like to get both paid off and net the rest, so looking for at least 50k at a first position around $400 daily and factor rate 1.4 or below. Merchant is not interested in a third position.

Retail Capital can do Roofing and in California. As long as they do not have more than 4 negative days per month the negative ending balance should not be a problem. We usually do 75-95% of deposits depending on cash flow for an ACH so the funding amount that you are looking for sounds like it will works as well.
