@Zach: nope. We have no desire to become a direct lender. Our focus is to be a true marketplace - providing options to the borrower and guiding him/her on the pros & cons of each option.

It's great to see that Lendio structured their organization to function more as a Broker rather than a Lead Seller. It makes total sense, because I never understood how a Lead Generation company could produce what they marketed as "high quality leads" and refused to close the leads themselves.

I have spoken with a couple of people at Lendio and they all seemed to be great guys
