Sales Rep Role:
• Responsible to successfully meet or exceed all Company established sales performance targets as set on a daily and weekly basis by the Management Team; earnings based on generous commission structure.
• Communicate a detailed explanation of our funding products to potential clients.
• Contact business owners looking for working capital to help grow their business.
• Qualify and analyze the financial statements of applicants.
• Maintains positive work relationship with Sales Team Members, Business Partners and Merchants.
• Uses available resources and company provided soft leads to close high volume of deals effectively and efficiently within the deadline and guidelines established.
• Delivers exceptional service in person and by phone; interacts daily with Underwriters, Business Partners and with Clients and has a positive impact on their loyalty.
• Makes good business decisions, handles/closes contracts with sense of urgency understands and meets all department and Company objectives regarding daily call performance.
• Participates in new product and sales skills training as assigned.

EVEREST BUSINESS FUNDING Requirements:
• Experience: 6+ months in the Merchant Cash Advance, Financial Services, or similar industry in a commission based sales position directly responsible for out bound calls, inside sales, or outside sales.
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability and feel comfortable selling over the phone.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed Company established volume and revenue targets through personal sales efforts.
• Bilingual (Spanish highly desired)
• Excellent communication skills; detail oriented, organized; excellent time management and negotiation skills.
• High School diploma or GED required; BS Degree in Business or other related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to create and navigate spreadsheets.
