Commercial Property refinance deal on Long Island

I have a client who has a 4 acre commercial property on Long Island that was appraised 7-8 years ago for $2.4 million. He has around $300,000 balance on the mortgage. Looking to refinance and pull $250k out. Anyone interested in this please contact me.

PM me - if he needs quick financing we can get him a hard money loan and then convert to a long term refi as an exit strategy
