Definitely get in touch with Bob; he can help if anyone can. Having come from that industry, I can tell you that she needs to be profitable to get the term loan. I've tried to get term loans for agencies doing 4x her volume, and with higher FICOs, but they were turned down for showing a loss. Profit margins are not high, so make sure you take a look at her P&L and balance sheets to see if she is profitable.

The profit is not as important as the cash flow.
It's common for say a contractor to have so much equipment that buy taking advantage of new tax rules, and accelerating depreciation, has strong positive cash flow but a net loss.
One more reason that potential term loans a lines of credit don't fit nicely into a yes or no box.
