Does anyone know of a company that does term loans with 680 FICO and pay good commission to ISO's?

Term Loan = Lower Rate = No Room for High Commissions. You are offering a better alternative service... What type of commissions are you looking for? There are companies who qualify for the 680+ credit rating, but if you are going to waste time by being concerned about commission rates rather than a reputable company that will get your file done- there is no point.

FYI- Depending on the amount you are looking at 1%- MAYBE 5%. Like stated in other forums- there is opportunity to charge your own PSF with some companies, the risk will be entirely in your court if you get paid or not.

Anyone here can access term loans in single digits by looking into Smartbizloans.com. Scott Blum is the sales and marketing VP that can get you going. These are SBA loans backed by Golden Pacific Bank. Like all lenders they have their strengths and weaknesses..
