A couple of questions:

- Annually is he doing about $13 million in gross sales? Or what are his estimated annual sales?

- How are his bank statements in terms of NSFs, ODs and Bank Balances? Are the NSFs/ODs under 5 per month give or take? Are the ending bank balances positive for the last 6 months with few negative days?

- How is his fico score? Is it over 650?

- How are his financials?

- Any tax liens, judgment liens or recent bankruptcies?

If the deal is pretty clean, I have a couple of sources that might be able to do upwards of $500,000 - $750,000 at very good pricing (lower than standard premium pricing) on this with longer term options available. We can split the commission if you would like.
