ISO Commission to Sales Reps
What is the typical broker commission for an ISO? By that I mean, a broker working at an ISO as a sales guy.
Does the rep know where each deal is being submitted to beforehand (since a sales rep would rather have a deal go to a lender paying more points, if he gets a % of ISO commission).

varies form company to company. To vague and too spread out in differences to give you a concrete answer. I've seen base salary plus 25% of commission, to only 1 to 1.5 points (a la Second Source), up to 75-80% of commission. Depends on what you are looking for and what you bring to the table.

What are the difference on commission based on? Inbound vs. outbound leads?
