I have a client that needs 10k FAST
I have a client that owns two rental properties worth a total of 310K. He is only doing 3700 a month but needs 10K, is there anyone who can get this done?

If the property has a decent amount of equity I can arrange a Bridge to pull out as much as 75% of the equity.. Could close in less than 2 weeks..

Try Loan ME if they're in an applicable state or LoanMart if they have a vehicle owned outright.
