This lender has revised contracts/offers numerous times. I understand no lender wants to waste time with underwriting and costs associated to complete a file if it will not be funded. On the flip side if a lender is not swift in the closing process they will inevitably lose good merchants in the process and risk the merchant stacking when they cut offers 20-40% from original contracts. But I don't think some lenders actual care if a merchant bails on the process they must have enough business from direct channels.
