i have a client who owns a Thai restaurant, has 720 fico and does 320 k annually. can anyone help me get a line of credit for him?

Restaurants generally don't qualify for a traditional line of credit. could your client use long term installment?

Business Credit Cards (that do NOT report to personal FICO score after the initial inquiry) are the best way to start him.. The 720 needs to have low unsecured debt utilization- the score isn't enough.. Also client needs mature credit.. Can't be an authorized signer on Mommy or Daddy's account.. If that's the case that will do the trick.. We actually do that in house. Biz Finance Store and a few others do this too.. Typically charge clients approximately 7 points on the lines secured..
