New Iso - Looking for Direct Lenders
Hello,
I recently opened a new ISO company. I would like to partner with 5-10 lenders so that I am completely covered and can fund A-F paper. What are the best 10 direct funders that I should partner with? I want A paper lenders and High Risk lenders. Also, which ones pay the highest commissions? I am currently bringing in about 50 submissions/month and want to maximize my fund rate. Thanks of your help.

are you serious about wanting 15-20 lenders??? How do you plan on building any good partnerships if you are sending your deals all over the place.. Just my opinion find less lenders and build the good working relationships with them.. In the end you this will help you get more deals done

Before you sign lenders - and PLEASE trust me- 15-20 is A LOT)
What is your focus? Are you cold calling? How are you going to obtain business? I know you said A through F but you can't pitch all tiers, industries, and programs the same. Pick apart what you want to focus on and then the lenders should come easy. Email me and I can maybe help... admin@sendto.capitalAmanda Kingsley

how many deals do you plan on bringing in that you need/want 15-20 funds? Sounds to me like you are only going to piss them off. Either you will submit the same 15 files to all of them, or you will send 1-2 deals a month to each. How seriously do you think they will take you in either scenario?

Constructive advice. Our best ISO's tend to work with us and only one or two other high risk funders. No high risk funder is going to fund every deal, but building relationships with a select few generates better results for both sides.

Sign-up with Cresthill Capital and receive "Double Digit" commissions, that's RIGHT!! (new 2015 structure!). same on renewals!!
we specialize is funding B/C/D paper/construction/home based/logistics/trucking/insurance agencies/ NO auto sales . we also have a micro-funding-program (less invasive underwriting model) making aggressive offers from 2K and up (CA. minimum 5k).

Proposition. How about you just give me the 50 subs a month, you can go shoot a round of golf or hit the tables at Atlantic City and collect your check every week from my hard work. If you are asking for a list of 10 funders you have a LONG way to go to start making some serious money. However, 50 subs is a really good number for someone just starting out so at least you have that going for you.Second place? Set of steak knives.

do not get me wrong I do wish you the best of luck but how do you open an ISO without knowing what lenders to partner with? Have you worked in the industry?

That's correct Robert!
However most Brokers sign up with Cresrthill Capital not just for the Double Digit Commissions but for Cresthill's Micro-Funding-Program that does a less-invasive underwriting on files 2K-20K. We would only Decline a merchant for the Micro-Program for 7+ negative days/2+ judgments/Bouncing on current advance/Does not meet the minimum 5K advance for the state of Ca.
NEVER COJ's and fewest stips for our Micro-Program.
We also fund up to $350,000
