I am co-brokering a merchant advance and need to know if anyone has a form that allows me to 'pass through' funding application to funding company. Otherwise I would need to go back to merchant and have him re-do an application with my company's name on it. Any convenient solutions?

If I am you I would take the extra steps and get your app signed. For one no need to present low hanging fruit to an MCA Provider in showing him your ISO's and also I would familiarize myself with the merchant, it's your name on the line now when you submit it.

You really need to let the lending company you work with know that you work with another broker- some won't even care or ask (unfortunately) but if you can get it done and you have the direct connection with that merchant to get them what they need- that's what matters.

It's a PITA to get a merchant to sign another application. Get up to date statements for this month and provide answers to all of the question.

Who is wall funding. I look at thousands of deals and never once have seen you in a deal? Please explain????
