[Better Business]

I've got a restaurant in Vancouver, BC doing 65-75k a month (85k in January).
Had an offer for them last month at 40k 1.28 factor 12 months. They turned
it down, wanted 1.20. Since then they have paid off on OnDeck advance
but they still owe 15k on a 7% sale of there cc to another company. The
owner has come back to me requesting the same deal he turned down
before, only now he's willing to take as low as 25k. I still need the 1.28 for 12 months.
If anybody can make this happen, we can close this deal.
