Has anybody tried MCA Track or MCA Suite?
I'm determined to spend my snow day figuring out a solution!

MCA Track is good. Never tried MCA Suite before.

Infusionsoft if you have the time.It can be a little intimidating to begin with but has an answer to your lead creation problems.It also lets you know when a merchant opens an email that was sent.( convergehub does not have that, not sure about centrexsoftware yet)
converghub has a specific platform for the MCA space as does centrexsoftware.com.
