Term Loan for Property Management Company Bringing in 750 K annual revenue
I have a client based out of NJ that is seeking up to $200 K term loan they own 2 acres of commercial property its valued at $6 M. he has no cash advances and doesn't like the concept of daily ach or weekly. They want strictly a term loan stretching over 2-5 years. Please inbox me if this is something you would entertain.
