cali homebased business deal

I currently have a client homebased in CA. Currently has 2 advance, looking to payoff the 1st advance they have right now which is 70% paid in and keep there 2nd position because they recently just were funded the 2nd position. Grosses over 1 million a year. Which lender can get this done???

I may be able place this one for you at a first position rate over 1 year (less than 1.30). Must have 600+ credit, strong balances, little to no NSF activity, and 15+ deposits/month. Will only pay 4 points on the deal, but you will actually get it closed (barring unforeseen circumstances). I'm a broker, not a lender.
