That's a tough find. If the $100MM is in RE equity located in the tri-state area or Miami I can likely secure 50% LTV, interest in the low teens, term up to 4 years.

Very few people have that kind of buying power. If it fits within those parameters pm me. The rip on something of that magnitude will likely be 2-3 points (depending on negotiation). I will give you 70% of the comm.
