Can't anyone here find a Factoring Company/ABL that views the value of the Receivable as opposed to the fiscal fitness of the Client selling it? If that's not the case, you can contact us as well..

Is there any factoring company that pays per invoice? Even a small percentage. I have a company with $700k in outstanding receivables [30-60 Days] But i dont want Dealstruck type of commish.

Do you mean someone pays you a % on the dollar amount of the invoice? No factoring companies dont do that. They pay you a % of the fees they earn each month. So a factoring company can charge client 2-4% depending on how long that invoice takes to pay and then they pay you a % of that. Usually factoring is a month to month arrangement so it ads up overtime. We can pay you 10% on invoice factoring.
If you want to make $$ per invoice you can try to charge the client a fee at closing but it may be tricky as he can go elsewhere without additional fees.

Omega fund- That's not exactly true. I put factoring deals together often with both payment on the invoice and a commission on the income.

Mr Shaw is correct. How you structure your deal with client is separate of back end from lender which is dissimilar to MCA's..

Read my post that is what I wrote, but if a client knew he could get a factoring deal at same or better rates without extra fees he may not be inclined to go with you.

Richard I'm a retired factor. There are many companies that will factor just based on the debtor (customer)
