Yellowstone Capital is looking to fill the position of CFO. The ideal candidate will have a CPA, 5+ years of experience in a controller role, auditing or consulting role from a tier 1 accounting firm. Candidates with experience in investment banking or management consulting will also be considered. The role will report directly to the President and CEO of the company and will be based in the financial district of Manhattan. Competitive salary, bonus and equity will be provided for qualified candidates. Industry experience is not required but viewed as a positive.
