I have a merchant looking for
a HELC as a bridge to get cash
flow for his business.

Any company out there that does
this?!

We have a 24 month business line of credit. It must be secured against real estate, and has interest only daily payments.

United Capital Source offers programs like that through an affiliate. We go out up to 60 months.

Details.. What state is the property? What's it worth? As a residentially licensed brokerage/correspondent we can assist, but then again nobody makes $ on HELOC's.. If they need a Bridge Loan or a Rehab, feel free to touch base..
