currently have a gas station 800k in revenues, owns the gas station property worth 1 million. currently has offer for 450k 5 years at 16%. who can beat this?

is it a Factor Rate of 1.16 with a specified daily amount to be paid back? Or is it a 16% APR loan?

Gas stations are historically tough.. If the deal REALLY exists (and you don't anticipate having any Environmental issues), take it..
