if you fund in a personal account, it can be interpreted as a personal loan. It aint happening.

A sole prop is a disregarded entity. The owner elects to be disregarded as separate from its business dealings. He can operate his business from a personal account, and even report it to the irs on his personal tax return.

I'm not a lawyer and with that being said, if the IRS is ok with it then I'd love to see proof from a lender that they lost in court over this. I've seen "A" lenders pull from a personal acct enacting a personal guaranty and I know there are lenders that still do it.
