    great credit too few deposits

    I have a client high credit score low deposits any other funding opts out there?

    That depends on the numbers. What is he actually depositing? If it is $10k, you can get some offers made, or you can try to get a loan with a personal guarantee.

    Retail Capital will fund a deal with a low number of deposits, as long as they are consistent and over 20K per month (40K for high risk industries).
