I have someone who has a marketing agency in los angeles with $500K+ annual revenue. Recently opened two more offices in New York and Las Vegas. They have a 36 month loan that was granted in Sept. 2014 and is currently seeking 50-80k short term loan for equipment, additional employees and cash flow. Positive cash flow throughout statements exceeding 90k.

Just got approved for 50k by OnDeck last week but the interest rates scared him as well as bank login info (which his legal advise has frowned upon.)

Anyone out there who can get this deal done without bank login and a better rate than 28%?
