so much hostility on here lately. It probably doesn't help to call someone a bandit on here first and then try to call them up to resolve your issue.

I agree with Sean on the hostility we've seen here lately. Probably a side effect of not making any money. The people killing it don't have time for that.

Yes there is hostility. Yes his firm is an embarrassment to the industry. Yes my issue with him will be resolved.

Give the company a chance to resolve the issue however they deem appropriate. There's no need to attack people on here.

I agree, there is constant attacking on here. You should either add an attacking section (similar to the deal bin), or an anger management / therapy section.

Unlike most i don't go on a public forum bashing a company I know nothing about as he made it very clear by his initial post of asking if anyone knows us . but i would very much like to see if i can resolve any issues he might have .
