    Pharmacy with healthy cash flow seeks funding

    I have a pharmacy in Florida that seeks funding of 65-100K. They have miserable credit but healthy monthly sales of 125K. There is the potential of collateral (real estate) for the deal. Outstanding balance of 11K on prior advance. Also an outstanding lien. Looking for a competitive offer. I would like to see if I can get him something longer term (over 12 months). You want the business? Work the deal.
