I have a person with a valuable painting (purported) and need broker agreement
I am accustomed to doing advance deals and not art backed deals. I have contacted a business that will fund art however they need information (forms and contact information) that will make both sides known to each other. Does anyone have a broker agreement that I can use that protects me - and compensates me - as the facilitator of the deal?
