If the business is truly property management as opposed to a fix and flip type entity, several legitimate lenders would view the paper. If there are infrequent deposits, and weak Financials it will be tough..

World Business Lenders (WBL) will take a look. We do these deals all the time, especially when the company/owner has real estate as collateral.
