Maybe "Hard Money" isn't the term you are looking for. Maybe some a "Bridge" type financing that you can add to your portfolio. This type of funding is good to take out existing debt or "bridge" the business until a more stable and permanent funding can come into place.

Hard Money is really just a bad word for "Asset Lending". I sent you an email with some info
