Funding merchant w/ tax lien without proof of installment plan?

Had a situation with a merchant where they claimed they were going to get approved for an advance without proof of an IRS installment agreement. My understanding is that if you have no proof of an IRS installment plan the deal is DOA.

Am I incorrect? Will certain lenders approve an advance without proof of an installment agreement?

Appreciate the feedback! (first post... be gentle)

there are a few funders that will do them without proof of a payment plan but only on short term programs 3 or 4 months. If you want any type of real offer for a file you need the proof of payment

Depends on the size of the tax lien. If lien amount is lower than funding amount, we might still approve

Cant guarantee anything without seeing the file of course, but I'm pretty confident we can get this done as a traditional program 8-12 month term. Sent you a PM

Which ones, I have a client now with 2 liens, one is on a plan and being ACH'd from his checking and the other one is being set up....Does $500,000 a year plus another $50,000-$100,000 in consulting(he is a surgeon). Never had any issues prior to 2013...had a tragedy befall him and set things back...everything is fine now, just needs a cushion to take care of some bills, take care of payroll, etc. Willing to do something short-term under the circumstances......
