    the $800K GUY (not plural) is an anomaly and receives his income from multiple sources (including hella big syndication book). But it is true that at a couple of the top shops out there, $20K NET a month is the support level.

    I completely agree 15k-25k is absolutely doable for a top sales guy at a good company, those are real numbers.. That said that is not the norm. But talking about 80k a month for a sales rep without a tremendous syndication book, it is just not possible...

    Curious, are we talking about reps who are calling (or receiving from house) their own leads, chasing the paper, closing the deal, and getting all the docs back to lender? Or a rep who's handling the call, closing the deal, and has some staff to help with paperwork?
